GROUND RULES
• No smoking
• No dogs
• No kids under 15 without parents. Parents must sign release for under 18 to participate in arena activities
• All horses must have current negative Coggins and ready to show upon arrival of scheduled event or rental agreement.
• If horses show any sign of sickness, a mobile vet will be called immediately at the owner’s expense. We will follow the recommendations of our vet concerning the continued care for the horse.
• Lights off by 10:00 PM in both barn and arenas unless otherwise agreed upon with LC Stables
• All trash must be placed in trash bins provided by LC Stables
• No alcohol permitted
• No cribbers, windsuckers no exceptions
• No studs allowed
• You must give 48-hour notice of cancellation of arena use.
• You must give 30-day notice of cancellation of the rental stall.
• Any use of tractor/equipment must be approved by LC Stables prior to use.
• LC Stables will prep arena before the start of the agreed time of use
